Casa Recanto – 1BHK House, Sangolda

This unique place has a style all its own. Casa Recanto is a beautiful one bedroom house tastefully designed to accommodate four persons. Right beneath the banyan tree overlooking the fields of gold. Chill by the backyard and sip on your glass of wine surrounded by greens. We accommodate 2 on bed and 2 addional on extra foldable single beds in the living area. There is a study as well so work from home is ideal here with some great wifi. We have basic utensils n an induction. Come feel at home.

1) Firstly, Please understand that you are booking a homestay and not a hotel. This only means that we do not have the bandwidth to service you 24/7 and you need to be considerate and treat it like your own home.

2) Save on electricity and water. Remember to switch off all lights, taps and appliances before stepping out. Just the way you do it at home.

3) Be mindful of your surroundings and neighbors. We want you to have a great time but not at the cost of inconveniencing others.

4) No loud music permitted especially after 10 pm.

5) You Break, You pay! Please take responsibility of any damages that occur in the property as you will be charged for the same.

6) Identity proof with address is compulsory and a hard copy must be given at the time of check in.

7) Don’t do drugs or any other illegal activities in the house or premises.

8) No Visitors Allowed.

9) Check for pool usage timings with your caretaker (if applicable to your property)
