Our lane is right at the peak of one end of the porvorim plateau. So from the top deck, you can see a 360 degrees view of the Goa skyline, including Old Goa and Panjim’s lit up Casinos and Miramar Beach.
Overall, it’s peaceful, high end neighborhood. Prestigious gated apartments such as Tata Housing and Ashok Beleza are a stone’s away.
Negligible traffic on neighborhood streets enabling you to go for walks up and down the hilly roads.
Bonus: You can walk down to the ferry point that takes you to Panjim for free. Or you can drive down to Miramar front in less than 15 mins.
You are also close to the following beaches:
1)Reis Magos – 10 to 15 (very few tourists are aware about this one)
2)Candolim Beach – 20 to 25 mins
3)Sinquerim Beach – 20 to 25 mins
4)Calangute Beach – 30 to 35 mins
Goa’s biggest shopping mall (Mall de Goa) is 5 minutes away and so is the hypermart of Delfino’s, Goa’s upmarket food store.
The famous Chogam road, filled with lots of eateries and an amazing salon and spa named Snip is also 10 mins away.
And if you’re not the going out type, you can order food from Zomato or Swiggy 24×7. Same is the case for groceries, toiletries, etc.
Overall while you’re living in an urban village of Goa, you’ll have all facilities of an urban setting including fast access to medical facilities.

2) Save on electricity and water. Remember to switch off all lights, taps and appliances before stepping out. Just the way you do it at home.
3) Be mindful of your surroundings and neighbors. We want you to have a great time but not at the cost of inconveniencing others.
4) No loud music permitted especially after 10 pm.
5) You Break, You pay! Please take responsibility of any damages that occur in the property as you will be charged for the same.
6) Identity proof with address is compulsory and a hard copy must be given at the time of check in.
7) Don’t do drugs or any other illegal activities in the house or premises.
